I have a small barrel of AVTUR left from RAF days.If the head is still off use parrafin.

Dilute traffic film remover is good, assuming you mean the coolant!

yeah the coolant, car is all back together.. just need rid of the sludge.

I buy a bottle of fabric softner pour it in go for a drive .Do this a few times and the softner breaks the oil down and you will also have the best smelling e30.Iv done this a few times
