Only just got my newly found e30 325 sport on the road,... well impressed and lovin it to bits. Bank hates me and will continue to do so as i put lots of finishin touches on it!

Just installin some sounds at the moment and have dabbled with this in many cars, but problem is as BMW have remarkable build quality i cant find anywhere for phono leads to go through the back boot/rear seats.

Can someone please advise what they have done, is it a case of drill hole and grommit??

Ta for any help

take the seat back off, then all will become clear, there's a rubber grommit thing with cables running through it on psgr side near top of seat..

feed the phono leads under the carpet and under the center console, then under the back seat to the grommet on the passenger side.

or through where the fuel filler pipe is visible on drivers side where seat back meets seat bench. some e30's have bigger gaps than others and it would advisable to put a grommit on the wires. this route is good if u not got very long leads
