reverse glow dials?

What does everyone rekon, they look quite cool to me. Ditch them or fit them, what's the verdict? I thought white by day and reverse glow at night could only look cool, who knows. Will also fit chrome rings.

PS. Did any BMW's EVER come with a rev limit that low???

Re the rev limit thing a 4.5k rev limit seems to be about right for a diesel

So maybe he's just got the wrong pic up there?

Although looking at it again it says "unleaded gasoline" on the fuel guage....very odd

i spotted these and emailed dthe seller. apparently the ones shown are the only ones he has. they must make them in the correct rev limit though...

i've seen the correct rev limit in ones where the whole face glows but i like these better!

Could the needles be sprayed with a glow in the dark paint, or is that a stupid suggestion?

yeah i will definitely, i was thinking about the needles and wondered like you if you could spray them with something that would soak up the small amount of light available, hopefuly red or white, not some nasty luminous yellow!!

will post some pics then we can decide if they are shit or not
