Title says it all - for a driveway mechanic that can tackle most of the easy jobs (i.e. most of the service stuff like oil, plugs, even dare I say shocks and springs) but would run a mile at a cam belt swap,... is the power steering fluid easy to change?

remove the lower pipe, catch fluid in a container, refit the pipe and pour new fluid into reservoir up to the mark, start the engine and turn steering from lock to lock a few times to let the pump bleed any air off.
