Might need to get a bigger alternator. Do you want the charging to be automatic.

Might be easier to get a bigger battery........i got a huge one for a diesel engine, one benifit is that its spins the starter a lot quicker in the mornings !!!

Depends on how big the amps are.........

What engine have you got.......

Normally, the best option is to get a bigger alternator and bigger battery....

I use the standered alt and a normal battery, have two massive amp's and never have a problem unless i leave it runing for an hour with the engine off..

How ever if you reall still want another battery, You can go to a caravan place and buy a a charging relay.

Consist of earth wire, Constant live, Switch Live 1 fuse and a live to your extra battery ,Which will need it's own earth. should be more than you need fella.
