I need a little help as some of you know i took my first drive in my E30 yesterday but it wasnt right on the way home from just an hours trip it broke down at a set of lights just died and wouldnt turn back over but before that when it was idiling there was like a small bang coming from the exhaust system every now and then ? and the revs were erractic one min they want down low the next it was sitting way over 2000 its self ? and when i broke down i sat for about 10 mins with the hazzards flashing and then tryed it and it started first time and run all the way up the road no problems ??? i am confused to say the least
any ideas ? i have just booked it in for a full major service, timing belt change all the filters etc ?Lars
