Door lock has gone stiff, have to use the boot lock to lock the doors, will I have to change the lock or is there anything else I can do that's easier?

One word of advice, get it sorted before it breaks. I have a broken drivers door lock, combined with no central locking, resulting in only the drivers door being unlocked.....but permanently unlocked! Been about 2 months now, pah to locks, who needs em. I just make sure that I park with the drivers door not next to the kerb, that way at least the door handle chancers don't strike lucky.

when i replaced the broken lock on mine it seemed a lot stiffer than before (hohoho
)
but when i took it all out again, the lock worked really smoothly. I think its probably the central locking box in the door which is sticking.
When I get time Im going to take it out and see if it benefits from a bit of a clean.
