weird brakes.

well just did the rear disc conversion which consisted of calipers arms hubs the whole lot swapped over - stainless hoses and new pagid pads - however tthere have been some problems - the car just has no brakes right down nto almost the floor and then they lock up? have swapped out the master cylinder with one that appeared to be in better condition but to no avail- what else could be causing such a deep (far travel) pedal?
