Does anyone have any pictures of how the aircon system goes together, or know of a guide online somewhere?

Specifically interested in where the small aircon rad fits at the moment - and how it attaches.

Cheers, James

I have also just got a full air con kit stripped from a car and would like to see some sort of guide mainly for the wiring fitting into the fuse box.
If I can't fix it I'll f**k it up so bad nobody can!!

Wiring in the fusebox is just for the two speed electric radiator fan.
Go to www.autolib.diakom.ru/CARS2/
Click on the 3rd line of Russian script (I think), and look for "Mitchell on demand". Click on the drop down boxes and find a set of wiring diagrams for a car about the age of yours.

to get the fan in and the pipes you have to remove the bummper slam panel lights evrything basically hardest part i say is fitting the matrix and where the dryer goes the metal circle will push out with a good hard tap also need to do the same where the pipes go into the bulkhead by the battry hiden by sound deadening
only problem il have is wireing
