Hi guys
How easy/hard would it be to change the rear widow in my 318is for one out of a 87 chrome bumper model and would it fit

yes it will fit, but it might be a different colour tint! the 318iS will have brown tint windows, the chrome model may have green tints....
Worth paying someone a few squid to get it done properly.... can be done DIY but it's a bit of a pain, especially in the rain!
