Engine change

hi want to do an engine swap in my 320i ,i want to drop a 325i lump in ,but not to sure whats involved and if i need to change any of the running gear on the main brain ,any info would be appreciated

To do it properly you'll need the engine, gearbox and diff although the gearbox and diff aren't essential for running, the gearing will be wrong.

You'll also need either a chip from a 325i ECU or the actual ECU from a 325. I'd also upgrade the rear brakes to discs.
