ive been sent a link of a thread about my car on "the biggest car forum in norway" and although i dont understand whats being said i think the title of 'blasfemi' would suggest the author isnt the biggest fan of what ive done
its nice to have done something of interest though

thanks,99% of folk have loved it with just the odd purist moaning about ripping the heart out of my bmw,but i say its still a bmw at heart.if you got a heart transplant you would still be you you wouldnt become the person who donated their heart.i like to think ive done my bit to improve on what bmw originally built but some will disagree

I would not give the time of day to anyone who thinks an old Tourer is too sacred a car to rip an m20 out and replace it with a cossie motor.
It is an admirable effort imo and well worth the respect of any Ford, BMW, or motoring fan.
Now if you had done it to an Alpina or hartge I would be first in line, angry mob style lol.

Do you find it flattering or a little wierd to find your car on a Norwegian internet site?

Nice uma! Você deve ser satisfeito com aquele?
I couldnt find a translating tool for Norwegian, so I used Portugese instead.....
Nice motor mate and I would be well chuffed if mine was reviewed by others abroad, even if its not everyones cup of tea!

The toyota with the m50 is a KE70 corolla produced from 1974 to 1981/2. the last of the R.W.D corolla's apart from the ledgedary AE86 GT coupe corolla (hacki) that was built from '83 to mid '87. The AE86 used the KE70's floor pan and is all the same dimensions, so more or less the same thing. Well all Jap yolks are are'nt they!!!
