Hi Guys
Im thinking about the FSE boost valve are they any good whats the pro's and con's on them.
Does anyone have one?? If so whats your experince with it??
Are they hard to fit??
Do they really give a 12bhp increase???
Basicly is it worth the Ԛ£70quid??
Thanks
Neil

They have been to blame for a few engine fires on here. If you want one though, ive got one you can have for Ԛ£20. I dont know if all the bits are there though as I got if off ebay but never fitted it.

I have heard mixed reports, from my own viewpoint i think its just a clever advertising scheme that has given them the good reputation. The injectors will only flow a certain amount and will they create the right flow at certain rpm etc.
One for the Guru's i think.

I have one on the 2.7, only works if you've modded the engine enough to need the extra fuel anyway otherwise it'll just over-fuel.cliffybabe wrote:Hi Guys

Easy to fit, harder to set up.
I'm ripping mine out once the megasquirt is in along with M30 yellow top injectors (if I ever find any
If your engine is near standard don't waste your money.
They have caused a couple of engine fires, Adam was one victim
