someone help,changed my headuint the other day,since then fuse number 10 keeps blowing,before i could change the fuse,drive down the road and it would blow,now as soon as i put the new fuse in,blows straight away,SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

................. actually best not! I take it you've double checked all of the wiring?

Shaz,
if you have checked all the wiring then it could either be the
reverse light switch or the glovebox light that is the problem

reverse ligt swich as it rubs on the metal past the rubber gear gaitor
on the way into the car

good call fella, like when my reverse wire got tangle around the drive sharft and got ripped off

yes mate fuse ten cotrols alot of stuff if ican rember right but that is useally the main culprit

Pull up the gearlever gaiter from the console, and find a white two pin plug and socket lying loose at the right hand side of the bottom of the lever. Pull this up, and unplug it.
Drive the car like this, and see if the fuse blowing stops.

You have a very strange wiring loom in your car if fuse 10 is anything to do with the glovebox light!

i had this problem, it was the reverse switch, so pulled up the gaitor and got the wire, it had stripped slighty, so got some insulation tape, wrapped it round and its been fine since!

i also had a problem with fuse 10, turned out to be a short from the electric arieal the coil had snapped and the motor kept running, swapped it for an good ole fashion pull up one

i had a pull up one, then my cousin fell against my car while pissed and snapped it in half, hence the upgrade to electric!

i just wouldn't pay the money that halfrauds wanted for a leccy one.
after i changed it i found a spare elec one in my shed for a mitsubishi

Electric aerial should be on 28 - definitely not on 10!
Check that fuse 10 is 7.5A; no bigger.
