Council means erm..... Tacky basically, Like when you see a saxo with lexus lights and shit body kit and HUGE exhaust. Thats council. Although theres some people on here that use the phrase 'council' to freely.

There is a thread on pub talk somewhere, where i did some printable white dials... the right size too..

oh... i see.

I thought it was only council people would do that to their cars....... to old i suppose to understand.

I suppose certain styling mods look the dogs as long as you dont over do it...which is the key.

I have only changed my instrument clock colours , front and side clear indicator lenses...and thats all i will do , with the possibility of a sports exhaust being fitted...but that is as far as it will go.

The white dials are not as bad as you think...and its everyones preference , everyone has different likes and dislikes.
