a new one is the obvious answer, but , to get you outa the shite, you could cut the hose further back under the intake, fit the remainder to the heater stubs, then add a small section of copper tube to bridge the gap

strictly a temp soloution though dude !, and make sure and bleed the system ASAP to avoid any long term damage.

This the hose that goes from the back of the head to the lower heater stub on the bulkhead?
To get better access to replace it, unscrew the plastic nuts that secure the wiring carrier across the back of the engine, and tie it up to the wiper shafts with string. The access panel into the under scuttle area can be removed as well if you still can't get enough access. Only four self tappers hold it in place.

If the hose has gone at the head end (the usual place), then you won't get it on after you've cut the end off. The very end of the hose is considerably bigger than the rest of the hose.

New one goes on easily enough. Put the hose on, tighten the clamp at the engine end, fill the coolant bottle way above normal level, then pull the hose off again at the bulkhead end so that all the air comes out, followed by a little coolant. Push the hose on and tighten the clamp.
Switch the heater to full hot and turn the fan on, then start the engine.
Monitor the air coming from the heater and watch the temperature gauge as the car warms up. If you have an airlock the air coming from the heater will remain cold, and the temp gauge will quickly go into the red.
Release any airlock by overfilling the coolant resevoir again and pulling off the upper hose on the bulkhead.

If a hose is tight going on, especially in a confined space, I find a small squirt of WD40 helps a lot!
