clutch

hi
After driving around today i noticed that the bite point on the clutch changed from about half way released to all the way back and sometimes right on the floor.
Also at the trafffic lights, i went to take off from first and just revved on the spot with my foot not even on the clutch but i put it into neutral then first and took off fine.
From what i've read, do i need to replace the clutch master and slave cylinders? or is it something else?
how much would it cost to replace both if it is them and how much would it cost to post to oz?
all help is appreciated

replaced mine for 40 quid. dont know what that relates to you..
