i had a little knock, and its pushed bumper back a little bit. about half inch, or 1-2 cms i think..
i went to see my body shop bloke he has asked me to find out what sort of bumper it is.
so, is it the sort that has 'shock' type. where once its back it wont return and a new bumper is needed :( :( :(
or
is it the sort that can be easily sorted? and moved back to where it should be?
im hoping the 2nd one....

if its an e30 a 2nd hand bumper is cheap and easy ish to change!

I smashed my micra and used a chain and a steel girder to pull it out again! (me and my dad pushing it full force away from the girder!)

SOld that for more than i bought it for too!

The bumper damage is simple it's the stuff behind that costs. If your bumper is in one piece (mainly) and isn't missing bits it can be repaired. I used to so smart repair and it is quite simple normally to sort out some scuffs and cracks.

I thought you meant the front of the car itself sorry :o:

The bumper "shocker" type mount should be changed if it's been pushed in, but you should be able to get one for peanuts at a scrapyard or on here. Completely seperate item from the bumper.
