Ive got the chance to buy a cheap M52 2.8 with a cracked head and was considering bolting my M50 non-vanos head to the block for a cheap power increase. Now considering it all lines up and there are no problems with valve interference etc what about fueling? I know Andy has used the 2.5 management on his 2.8 with little problems but will my 2.5 management be able to cope with the cc hike? Ive got the latest Viper 2 chip fitted which would help if anything right?
Would appreciate some help with this as ive got no experiance with mapping etc
