hi guys, sorry, not the warm and wet kind of bush im afraid! im strugglin to find part numbers so i can go to a stealer to get replacements. tried my local shope but they either dont do them or keep getting the wrong ones.

the bushes i think have had it are on either side of the beams that come from the cover around the diff. they are located at either side of the car at the front of each rear wheel arch. right in the bottom corner quite close to the silll. havin to cover one of them in wd40 to stop it squeakin at the minute!

ooo and while im here if anyone does know what these are thats great, and any advice about swapping them over would also be greatly appreciated!

if i am not being clear enough feel free to ask for more, i would take piccies but i have a buggered left arm at the minute, cant do much!

Rear axle bushes. Do a search in Technical help for that phrase (or "Subframe Mounts", "Rear Beam") and you'll find loads of threads about the job.

Some people hate it, but I will say that it's not a job to be trying with a buggered left arm!

Bmw part number is 33311129144, you'll need two of them, a full day to do them in and lots of coffee.

Either that or order some powerflex ones from the zone shop - see under suspension - rear subframe bushes. While you're at it change the trailing arm bushes too (the bits that join your wheels to your rear beam) :D
