As can be seen from these pics,

my 320i touring is a bit of a blank canvas-

I'm counting on you guys for suggestions of mods/trick things to do to it

All suggestions welcome!

cheers!

front vallence ----Just gonna straighten it-everyone seems to have an iS one!!

refurb wheels----Will start with a good clean-refurb if req

clear blink lenses----- Hell no-they're orange for a reason!(TBH I dont like them, but fair play to the dudes with them :D )

rear head rests------may be a plan......

change those wipers ------okay, I'll take the 'spoilers' off!

foglamp------ will get fixed when I get the front bumper off to take out the headlamp wipers

more descreet tax disk -------got a holder for it for my birthday, but its gotta be displayed there...

alignment of bumper pass. side ------again, it'll be sorted once the bumper is off (hopefully this weekend!)

code the rear hatch Ԛ´wingԚ´ to the same colour as the car ----- Leave it Black IMO

if you have a decent twinny out the back ----getting a new backbox soon (stock)

black hellas---- Dont like em mate-esp not on a white car

map light mirror ------ dont ever use a map!did 5 countries in 14 days using churches and fountains!

check panel mod-------yeah, would be cool (credited to you....)

trim ariel----- eh?expand!

code door handles-----hmm, I've yet to be convinced by this mod....I like it black?!

what do other folk think?!

cheers Nadz!yours is a sweet ride too!

No iS lip for me-my road is full of potholes-so lip would be off straight away!, same goes for slamming it, plus I like the rideheight!

red rear clusters-dem is supposed to be orange, and I dont want pulled-do look sweet tho

Kidney grill is a plan and a half!

Yeah, I like them borbets, esp on a 9j :D BBS it is tho-until cashflow improves

what u mean flush boot and tailgate?!

Doesn't matter what you decide to do to it.........
Just enjoy it!
Don't be influenecd by the masses of people who tell you to bin the engine and put a 325i in it. The M20B20 is under-rated! It can be modded for less money than the 325i. Extra 20bhp for Ԛ£100ish! .......And the performance won't be very far off 325i either.
If you've got the 320i badge on the tailgate, bin it - keep people guessing.
HTH
Stuart.
This is why I no longer drive an E30......

hey

should of said debadge the boot and bonet  , makes it flush, ive got my front one done, debadged, gonna do the rear as soon as funds allow.

regarding the red clusters, you can spray them, but peeps on here simply swap the wiring of the reverse light and the indicator, this way the reverse light will flash orange. ta daaa. hehe. smart idea, tho,

the only thing is i cant imagine a small orange ligt flashing, orange flash in the center of the cluster, wierd or maybe just me  ?

if anybody done this mod, indicators on reverse light care to show us a pic of them flashing?

just keep it clean and shiney dude and black out grill

oh yeh go for some 5 series/x5 tints, not black out but very slight drakish, will look pimppp, karans 2.7 on here look nice, then with some hartgees droooolll

essbee-I hear ya!its staying 2.0, cos I like the sound better  unless I get a 3.5

and 129bhp is plenty to get yourself into trouble with, may get a BBTB and a WILD 'zone chip tho....

nadz-given that the wiring to the rear wiper seems f00ked, i'll prob not start messing with the rear lights 8O

may 'pimp my ride' with the tints when it gets a paintjob-Alpine white is BRIGHT!

with a new paint job and the front panel sorted it'll turn heads. maybe a light smoke window tint would help freshen it up too?

is that chris' one? looks like it?

i would deffo consider getting is lip (problem i think is more it getting stolen than torn off :( ) because then you can colour code your lip and those touring skirts, have you seen andy335tourings? it looks really nice colour coded imo..

another mod i thought of today, is can you install the e36 roof bars on the e30, or get hold of some e30s, they look quality on the e36s, and picturing them on the e30 would make it a proper

thoughts?

some more pics of koool tourings.

There used to be more pics on the page of the work being done but they've disappeared now. The rear ones looked like a nightmare to do but the result is great. Most people would look at it and not notice any difference.
