Hi guys,
Looking to get a 60/40 drop on my 318 converted 325.
Was orginally looking at getting the H&R Cup kit. Have heard good and bad things about this kit.
I don't want to have to spend more than the cost of an H&R kit which is Ԛ£350 from the zone shop. My car is mainly used for ragging round town, to and from work, shops etc but I would eventually like to get the odd of track day out of it now and then.
What would you guys recommend? I know many of you may start with saying go for a 40mm drop all round or less for better handling but I do love the low rider look and I think a 60/40 drop is a good comprimise although I'm not totally off the idea of a 40mm drop all round. Will depend partly on advise from the zone.
Is it worth paying more than Ԛ£350 to go for a different kit? Its not like its gonna be a full time track car. Atleast not for a few years.
Thanks in advance.
Nick

I would have the H&R kit all day long for a daily driver.
I have it fitted to mine, and its great, even with the car loaded with the family!!!
Althought i do not drive fast with the family in the car !!!

Pete don't care about colour, He would shag a rainbow if he could find the end of it....

I have a -60/-40 H & R Cup Kit it on mine and I wouldn't change it. She handles really well.
Take a drive in a couple first to make your mind up.

I dont think you can go wrong with H&R dude, i use yellow billies and eibach springs, works well for me but if i was looking for a complete kit it would be H&R.
