A mechanic recommended I fit a strut brace to my car. Has anyone fitted a strut brace to a 325i convertible? Will a standard coupe strut brace fit. Can anyone recommend where I could locate a reasonably priced one?

opinion is divided on this one
there is already extra strengthening on the cab (do a search!), and adding a strut brace IMHO is a waste of money
unless you are going racing on a track - even then, you'd be better off doing a dozen other upgrades first
ps don't forget Cliffybabe just likes chrome - anything in chrome ( how are your chrome seat-covers?)

It depends with one you get. The one in the pic below is the best one for the e30 and will make a diffrence on a cab you will get less front end shake.
