Alright, I've checked everything, but I can't figure this out:

After a washing or a heavy rain, my headliner at the front left edge of the sunroof opening is always soggy. The sliding roof panel fits and operates properly, all the drain pipes are clear and there's no crud buildup in the channels. There is some rust inside the sunroof panel itself, if that matters.

I'm stumped. :banghead: Someone suggested that the leak might be coming in through the roof-mounted antenna, but that's nowhere near the moisture. Anyone able to help? TIA.

You mention rust..how bad is it, sounds like it could be coming from here?
The old pug 205/309's used to suffer badly here, where the drain holes are, the pipe would rust and leak water on the inside of the headlining.

if its not the sunroof then it could be the windscreen rubber thats leaking? the rain will collect in the lowest point, so the damp patch isnt always where the leak is. more than likely its the sunroof seal though

A-ha! That might be it! I've looked down the drain pipe and it seems to be solid, but there could be a tiny hole in it. Thanks!
