qestion about 2.7 lump

hi i have a 323i thats been bored to a 2.5 and stroked to a 2.7 i brought the car with this already done it originally had a 2.5 head on i am going to replace the head now with the later 2.5/2.7 head im not sure of the difference between the heads my question is will the car c/r be ok with this head on has all the 2.7 engines on here are standard eta blocks with 320i head any help would be great( oh just rememberd that also im running a motronic setup on the engine instead rather than the old setup)

i thought the ports on the later 325 head were bigger and the head had better cooling and some other stuff.
