Running temp on 325i Touring

Can anybody tell me what the running temp is on my 325 I think my gauge doesn't work as I have replaced the thermostat and I think its still running cold many thanks.

Should be hovering around the middle of the guage.

Could also be a knackered viscous coupling, they usually fail open so they don't spin up to speed when warm but can also fail closed so they run fast all the time.

Brown temp sensors can fail as well as blue ones

its not the viscous coupling as the car is running tidy could it be the temp sensor
