are all m20 sumps the same?

hi all, just wondering if all the m20 sumps are the same? could i put my 320 sump on the pre facelift 325?

not sure but the m20 on the 5 series has a different sump...........

Also M20 on the E21 Mk1 3 series is also different.

yes you can. e30 m20 sumps are the same.

i think they (M20 sumps) are all the same except for ix

The m20 2.0, 2.5 and 2.7 as found in the e30 are all the same

be careful though as the m20 was also found in the e28 and e34, and they have different sumps
