Come August, I have to return to South Africa :( What makes it worse is that I have to leave my dream car HERE!!! So the story goes like this: Come August 2nd, I have to step onto that damn plane, and when I do I want to know that my baby is in good hands and a happy home.
The offer is this:
I will give you my car for 100 Pounds, as well as the cost of petrol and travel to get to and from you. This will of course only happen at the end of July.
I will need to know that you will look after my car, and treat her well.
If you can show me that you will do this, then she is yours.
Does this sound like a fair offer?

I'll take it off your hands :thumb:

If you need proof it'll be looked after, in October this year my E30 will have been in the family 10 years, and apart from a little unavoidable rust, it's done 182,000 miles and still pretty much showroom, as can be seen below :D

Zayyan that is a beautiful looking machine you have there. Keep reminding me over the next few months, and she's yours. For any details that you want, including pics etc, let me know, I'll sort it for you.

I have one small spot of rust on the rear right wheel arch, not in the arch itself, but on the edge of the arch, and then a small bit of rust in the front left wheel well. The drivers side door has a really tiny bit of rust, but there is nothing at all wrong with the car. Only problem I can really think of would be the torn recaro seats, but the have seat covers, and the headlight wipers that for the life of me are refusing to work, but I am working on fixing them. It has a new battery, new water pump, new tyres, new alternator, and recently implanted speedo/tach/petrol gauge/temp gauge. Also recently had a oil change and spark plug change, along with the cooling system overhaul.
Anything else you'de like to know?

If she IS going to end up a donor, all I can really ask is that she doesnt end up being a donor to a Boy Racer, donor to a car with a dining room table as a rear wing etc........ you know the ones......... http://www.geocities.com/burningbournemouthcrackcars/
Look at these ones I saw today
There are a few Bimmers in that bunch, and it really hurt when I saw them.

 Love the alloy on the back and steelie on the front....classy

If you do decide to leave the car with me it'll stay totally unchanged I can guarantee, definitely not given the boy racer treatment :thumb:

I may be young but I have huge respect for cars, especially E30s. You can ask my mates how annoying I get regularly having a go at them for going over 2500rpm when the engine's cold and slipping the clutch at traffic lights etc

Should have seen some of the others there........ one 325i, grey.... not your usual Delphin grey, like mine, but GREY as in PRIMER grey....... they guy thought it looked cooler when I asked him what colour he was after. It was LITTERALY primer. And the spoiler was one on top of another. He had lowered the car to just above the ground (ie. 1.5 inch) and it was rather visible on his body kit that he had decided to put on the car.

Really wish people had more respect for their cars, especially cars like ours.

Right, the links are back up. I wonder how much most of them pay for the stuff the ram into their cars.

I don't think they really think about looking good....it's all about being extreme enough to get noticed by the chavettes :chuckle:

Amusing when done to a Saxo, Fiesta, Nova(!!!), but not so much when done to a quality motor :(

Have you seen Barryboys.com? PURE Chav bashing site, they have the strangest most laughable cars there. Would love to organise a small (read: HUGE) group of us to arrive at one of their cruises, and take over completely....
