obc problem

I cant get the obc to do anything apart from bring up the outside temperature, all it says is -- --UHR is there something else i need to do?

how do you set clock.
temp works and timer works. the rest never change

use a biro to depress the small button in the bottom right hand corner and input the time with the four numerical buttons.then press the small button again to set.change from uhr to am/ pm after the time is set by selecting consumption and repeatedly press the small button again until the desired display is obtained.
