e30 headlights low beam ones!!!

hi all, i have noticed lately that the low beam headlights on the 320 have been moveing! so i pushed one and they are both loose!!!!!!! nothing but the headlamp wash+wipe holding them in! got some metal bolts( bmw part number 63121385397) is it an easy job to do?

the rods that adjust the lights have more than likely come out of the plastic clips that hold them. take the grill out and pull the wires from each socket(rear of lights) and you only have 3 screws to take the whole lot out if the clips are no good you can replace them but take the chance to grease the adjusters as they seize then push the rods back into the new clips ......and hopefully no wobbly lights
ps if you have headlamp adjusters screw the big plastic nurled ring off to disconect them
