Right what a day I had  first of all 7:00 am in the morning and the car would not start, so I began to play around with the starter lead as shown to me at Ace Café by Dips and Demlot (thanks), and it did pay off but not until around 8:30am so I defo missed the South Mimms meet (sorry guys), anyway set off at about 9:30am with Wilson325i and newbie RichieRagtop, and got to the pod around 11:30am or so.

As I drove in (thanks for the tickets toitlikeatiger) I was told to go into the show and shine section which put a smile on my face as my car is way out of that league but thanks, so I drove through the E30 section (which looked great) and then went around to the Show and Shine section and switched off the car for the first time since I started, I parked up and saw the other cars in there, gave my car a quick wipe off and disappeared  and did not return until some pole dancing was going on and then disappeared again and returned once the Show and Shine had finished .

Jumped in the car and guess what? It would not start, so back open with the bonnet and back to the wires again and after about 10 mins vroom, it started, and as I drove off I left a nice patch of all different fluids on the floor .

Went up to do my ԚÂa mile run and by the time I got to the front of the queue the car temperature was on the Ԛ¾ mark and rising. As I got onto the track and floored my so called beast down the track the gauge went from near enough red to under the ԚÂa way mark :wtf: but I made it in 16secs bloody terrible. The best run in my car for the day was 15.1 and the worse, yes there was a worse was 20secs when I took off and my clutch decided to slip and I smoked my way, all the way up the track  I know its not funny, but the amount of people who thought I blew my engine up and was going home with the AA, RAC or Greenflag, was hilarious, but I knew the car was ok, why? as it has happened to me before.

So that was my day, my first time ever, and guess what even though my beast did not perform how it should maybe due to all the problems or just my shit driving, I enjoyed myself to the maximum. Dave and Demlot told me at one stage to keep up my revs, but sorry guys I am an amateur driver, no hero in me at all, (not yet anyway :D ) but I can not wait for the next ԚÂa mile day as it was very addicvtive.

Right, now back to the title, I have near enough everyone who went up in an E30 whether zoners or not on video doing the ԚÂa mile run, the video is 2hrs long so I am editing now and will post up all the different runs in sections, anyone that does not want there video up give me a description of your car and I will not post, but hopefully no one will as no one could have done as bad as me  I also have most of the other races including that rocket that nearly blew my ear drums.

Lastly, when my mate went up in my car for a ԚÂa mile run he said he got rushed by loads of people asking him if he was Bajandaan, unfortunately he is not, I am the 5ft 7, big black guy, with the bald head that always wears clear or sun glasses as I can not see shit without them, I donâ┚¬Ã¢”ž¢t bite and will answer any questions you have , donâ┚¬Ã¢”ž¢t feel intimidated ask anyone that knows me from the zone I am cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS anyone who thinks they can solve my cars problems and get the performance back up to spec (as I said to Gouki more like 230bhp than 310bhp) please let me know but you must be able to store the car for a while until I can sort out a second garage, as I will be using another car very soon, any recommendations also PM me thanks in advance.

I can help mate. I know a skip down the road we can store your car, but you might not get it back :D

Anyway forget about time. As you so rightly say, it's all about the taking part that counts and as long as you had fun, then that's the most important think winkeye Next time I'll bring my 1.4 CL automatic Polo and blow you away :D :D

I've already whiped Patrick in my Polo :D Saying that i could probably whip most of the blaggers here too in it winkeye I've been hearing all this crap about "My engine is this and that", yet hardly any of the so called Man's with big power turned up. Could it be that they were scared of being found out :?: and that's the reason i respect people like Patrick. He took his car knowing his engine had major problems and had a go

I heard Kos's 318 was whipping a lot of th 325's too :D

The videos will be coming very soon, and i have to say big up to the female who drives the dark grey or dark silver E30 from the zone not sure who you are but you had a lot of female support in the crowd, its good to see.
