Thats well tidy!
Have you considered turbo charging the M20 2.5? NO engine removal stuff to do.
I would love to do a 3.5 conversion but may go the turbo route if my Ԛ£500 touring is worthy.

forget turboing-too much money and complications Dave, m30is tried and tested, whereas al the turbos ive seen tend to vary a lot in approach with varying success...
my advice is to just m30 it in position 3
i have told u i can get my e30.de mounts copied for u for position 3..... not a problem-i know a good welder who should do it very cheap and well.. as for an engine if i get that one in the for sale section---u can have it.... just need an e34 sump and pickup...
oh and i'll happily help u out although i dunno if the chain if justice will be around then..
....
i reckon with good preparation we can do it in 2 days easily.....
and this is realistic as we have a huge wealth of knowledge from toby and andy,,, and hopefully i'll have learnt a few things from my conversion..
as for the m3-being heavy... i think its fine and ure a good enuff driver to get round that---ive been in tobys car with stock iS suspension and its fookin great in the bends....

Karan... your using the same mounts as the M30...? That's interesting. I'll be needing a set of engine mounts too... so get two lots done!
