Just started a list of jobs I've been 'getting around to' for months and months and actually done one (see wiper refurb post)
Be interesting to see what's job's been on members' 'round toit' list longest. :crutch:

Erm...

Book the car in to have the damage repaired (see "Who's a clever boy then" thread) that will be next week.

Sort something out with that loud rude pikey exhaust... (summer)

Refurb or change wheels (summer)

Find out why (first time this hapenned was yesterday) that when I turn the key, all the lights come on but nothing happens... doesn't turnover.

1) Finish rebuilding then engine
2) Measure up inlet ports and design direct to head TBs
3) Measure up exhaust ports for stainless flanges
4) Get exhaust flanges cut and make manifolds
5) Clean up input shaft on gearbox (it's been sitting around for a while and's all rusty :(
6) Fit engine and box
7) Wire up the emerald (ordered the wire this weekend. Who'd have thought there was over 110m of wire involved in just the engine management loom!?)
8) Buy 4-pot big brake kit and fit that
9) Finish off polishing my old alloys
10) Get tyres fitted
11) Cup of tea
12) Either find an LSD or convert mine somehow

Bloody hell I've got a lot to do :(

My "getting round to it" list consists of:
1) Replace bulb on RHS of dial cluster for rev/MPG counter...

It would have:
2) Sort out rust
but it's too late to save it now :(

Johnono
. sort out the squeeky heater fan
Had my bulkhead cover off when doing my wiper motor. Sprayed lots of silicon lubricant into the centre of both blower fans; Squeek gone and they work better too. Sure that's not the proper way but it worked!
Another few ticks off my list today - soaked the leather in cream restorer/cleaner and shampooed the carpets plus a good clean - toothbrush in all the little corners that get missed with a quick wash.
Tightened up every phillips screw I could see!
