Does the 325i air flow meter flow more air than the 320i (motronic) afm?

Am planning my 2.7 conversion ya see :D

ahhhh, can of worms time.

yep, M30 unit far bigger, to get it work on the M20 is fiddly but is worth the effort despite protestations its not.

best bet, m30 and m20 hybrid, swop the PCB and spring from an M20 unit and fit inside the M30 unit, up the fuel pressure a tad and enjoy.

Hello all

Why fart around with the restrictive AFM on the M30/M20 engine with the mechanical flaps..?

Why not fit a MAF setup...a hot wire system, check out "Split second"
http://www.splitsec.com/index.html. I had this system fitted in my M30(in a 735i)engine totally transformed.
