oil on spark plugs?

well it's like this i removed the sparkplugs to check them, and they had oil on the threads, one of them only had oil on the thread on the outer side and that one was the best, on some the oil has come to the electrode. any thoughts on this? where does this oil comes from?

generally if theres excessive oil on the plugs isnt that caused by worn piston rings or valve stem oil seals allowing the oil to seep through? :?

the thing is that the oil on some of the plugs is, only on the out side on the thread, not on the electrode or where the spark plug is is inside the engine...

could this be leak from the valve cover cause i recently changed head gasket and i forgot to buy a new gasket for the head cover and used the old one?...
