Thieving gits

Most evenings my drive is empty,er in doors finishes work at around midnight and I come in at about 5am.Last night was the exception,we were both off work.The 320/7 was secure in the garage as it was first in. That left the 316Touring on the drive.And this morning I noticed that some lowlife has removed the roundel badge from the tailgate,scratching the paint with a sharp blade at the same time.B*****ds!!!!!!!

Christ I'd rather give someone a badge and save myself the grief of painting/repairing any damage!! They have no idea!

I went for a drive in my new 320 last night, i thought someone had stolen the engine it was so slow, then i realised they were all like that!

Sorry to hijack this thread for a mo....but can you tell me what springs you have on that Cabrio? I want to drop mine down no more than 1 1/2"...preferably 1"

nothing worse than a thiev! i once got a freshly rebuilt rd 125 stolen from my driveway and burnt out. i was not happy. the police didnt even wonna know!

why on earth steal badges that go for a few quid on ebay?? I just dont understand people. If you want a badge go to a scrappy and get one for peanuts.

One guy i dated had about 20 mercedes stars on his wall, incuding a huge one off the grill. I didnt get to know him long enough to ask why on earth he nicked them??

whilst at home in wales I've lost 2 Bottle top alloys, hubby lost 2 opel manta alloys, we've also lost our aerial on th 4dr.

The worrying thing is, you cant do much about it, they need a very sharp blade to get the badge off, so can't really argue with them! (unless you have a shotgun.....)

if id seen them i would have been out with a bigger knife....the grassy bit next to my flat had pizza boxes all over it so my deductive skills tell me a heap of drunken neds did it.....must of have been after 3am or i would have heard it.

not really helping my attempts to sell it
