As I remember you have to split the inlet manifold (it's in two halves bolted together) unbolt the fuel rail and the injectors should just come out. They are only held in by O rings and the fuel rail. (Also have to disconnect the wiring loom)

While you have them out it's worth having them cleaned and checked for flow by a specialist. I had mine done by the BMW specialist in Hitchin - quite close to you if you are in Bedford....

Nice one fella, i think i've been to the place in hitchin your on about..is it behind or near a petrol station.

The engine is sitting in my parents back garden at the moment! So everything is already disconnected...I took apart the inlet, both parts and the injectora are still in one of the bits of inlet, so it sounds like i just need to pull it?!

How much does it cost from that place in hitchin bud??

Thanks for the advice

Yes - its behind the Shell garage on the Bedford road. I had 6 done (actually from my other car a 325) and I think it was about Ԛ£60 (cash...). For that they were cleaned checked on the flow rig and new ends and o rings fitted.

Cheers
