not really-rat look is as much mech modification as possible and feck all on cosmetics,ideally left in primer or shagged old paint.

reckon this "paintjob" (or is it blowjob?) cost a fair bit? and TBH, maybe if he did his wheels like that or summat it'd be cool, but not the whole car...

Nah i disagree there, I would definatley class that as rat look, Some people spend money on getting there car to look shagged, Mat black paint etc. The idea of Rat look is to make the car look abused and uncared for, Which is exactley what the guy in that pic has achieved. Its not always about mechanical modification either.
