If only I had the money, we should do a group buy and make it the e30zone racing car, come on lets all chip in some money and cover the vehicle with E30zone stickers
who is up for it. with the amount of members on this forum it works out to Ԛ£2.78 each but lets make it Ԛ£3.00 so we can get the insurance to, maybe we can buy it in time for Santa Pod and all line up to have a turn

It's nice, but for 38k, you can build car that will pee all over that. Better still, i'd buy Clive at Prism Msports car. 750bhp twin turbo M3 monster. Now that would scare little children and grown up's at the same time

Hmm...I disagree, Bootyman...
Ԛ£38K is CHEAP for a proper grpA shell with all the right bits...
Sure, it wouldn't be hard to find a faster car for Ԛ£38K, but would it be a legal grp A/Supertourer racer with some decent pedigree and an appreciating value?
Plus it comes with a shed (literally) of spares!
Racing cars are usually only attractive to either a collector or to someone who is looking for a car to compete in a particular series...
I suspect the reason that this is still on sale for so long is that it no longer has any classes of racing in which it can be competitive and it hasn't yet acheived the pure/thoroughbred status that (say) a lightweight e-type has....

grpA cars didn't have standard rear view mirrors, but a box accross the top of the screen (behind the sunstrip) with many mirrors to give as wide a view as possible.Chris-W wrote:Although you have to say, for the price, you'd expect the rear-vew mirror to be stuck back on....
