I've run a search but can't seem to find the information i'm after??

Are springs interchangable through the range? I know that there are different strut sizes

But if i was to get some springs from say a 318 touring, coupe or 4 door, would they fit a cab?

The difference is

Cab and tourings have different rear springs to saloons

4 cyclinder cars have different front springs to 6 cyclinder cars.

It doesn't matter the width of the front strut, i.e M-tech IS springs will fit bog standard 316i legs, just make sure they are both 4 cyclinder though.

I think 4 cyclinder touring springs will fit a 4 cyclinder cab OK

I think the cab is heavier overall and even though the touring has more at the back the cab has all the roof mech there to so I don't think it would be a lot of difference.
