Original sales spec...?

I've gone and done it again I've just bought another turd thats way beyond repair, It looks like its been parked in a puddle for the last 5 years and its now too late and dark and i need some help so,
Can anyone get me the original spec of a car from just the reg ?
Or would i need the chassie number as well ?

Martin - If you ring BMW with the VIN they should be able to tell you what the car had fitted at the time of leaving the factory. Whether or not these morsels will still be present is another matter.

Give us more details on the turd then, I'm intrigued..

Your BMW dealer should be able to look up the VIN from the reg, & then get the spec sheet from that...

I know the dealer can do it but i've seen someone post up the spec on here before and was hoping they could do it again.
Theo as for the car its an 89 sport soon to be making an appearance in the bits for sale section i only wanted the interior. It looks like someone jacked it up on a jacking point that was no longer there

I do live in a nice area but its not Bishops Avenue so its still affordable to those with some money. Plus having money doen't mean the the person is a decent person.
