Help needed in modifications of seat frames.....

Hi all, i know the car im gonna mention which is the E21 bmw in an E30 forum but if anyone has any info id be very appreciated.. ok so here goes, i have an E21 and also have the E30 318is front seats, the seat frame runners are totally different, so does any one know or have come across any kind of modification to fit those seats in an E21 like what needs to be done e.g., welding what part to what or any pictures are of help..., it has been done many times before as people have done and does look sweet so my task is to sort that out... any help would be gratefull
