ive just dropped a 2.5 lump into my 320

i know the 2.5 and 2.0 share the same ecu but do i need to replace the 2.0 chip with a standrard 2.5 chip??

To get the best out of the engine, yes you will need the proper 2.5 chip, but it will run on the 2.0
