bused it to heathrow, then train to meet indi wo turned up in the car which was a cool surprise!!!!
so after making the deal and enjoying some top notch hospitality from indi (cheers mate) myself and my mate steve embarked on stage 1 of our return journey..... to my mates cotage n wales for a wknd of high jinks in the snowdonian hills.
sat afternoo after a trip to the closest shop in the pissing rain i encountered a bump in the road which caused the car to bottom out, making a whole in the sump..... nytmare!!
stranded in wales with no oil and heance no car we did the only thing we could... headed inside for heat and shelter and got started on our buckfast, the scottish members will know wat i mean!!!!
in the end a couple of smashing chaps from back home drove down, trailer in tow to rescue us from the sticks on sunday mornin!!!!!
just happy to get her home in almost 1 piece.
before the sump incident i can say the iS was as fantastic to drive as the peeps on here said, and pretty good at goin sideways!!!
just under 300 miles to Ԛ£30 was pretty sweet 2!!!
