somewhere between half 10 and 6 this mornin, some little bugger had his or her way into my car and relieved me of my sat nav and 40 cd's out of the glove box they ripped apart to get in. oh and if that wasnt enough for them they tried to remove my kenwood 500 quid mask jobbie, but instead of just being beat and leaving it alone cause they couldnt get it out, they just shoved their screwdriver through the front, levered the screen out and bent all the mechanism.
what they did leave me, according the the police guy, was a near perfect thumbprint on he previously untouched disply of the stereo!
and what else they failed to miss was the Ԛ£400 quid snooper sat in the corner of the window, the other 20 cd's in the sun visors, and my Ԛ£130 quid oakleys on the passenger seat!
i mean, i think it had rather all gone than just been hit on by some druggie twat so out his face he didnt even know what he was doing and missed the big expensive items.
and to add salt to the wound, my insurance said if i put it through them, firstly i will loose my no claims, which was gonna be an extra 200 quid on my premium hence it wasnt protected! secondly i would actually loose the car because the damage is worth more than the car, and anyways, they only cover belongings within the car up to 400 quid anyways, oh and finally by the way i have a 350 quid excess!
