Can anyone help with my problem ?
Had to get rid of the e30 for the time being as need more relaxed car for lots of work miles so got an e36(please don't take offence).
I won't make this a habit as this is an E30 site but i can not find the info i need so i was wondering if any one of you very clever people have experiance of E36 diffs and what i can fit ie M3,Coupe,or are they all the same phisical size.
Mine is very noisy so needs changing so would like to give it a kick at the same time but don't know what would be a sinple swap or what would be a nightmare job.

Any help would be most welcome

sorry-cant help you with that, but sure there are several guys who can help!
iirc, the e36 has a z axle as opposed to the live rear axle on the e30-dont know if this affects diffs and swapping them?!

sorry to go off topic-but is your e30 still for sale?

Just been and registed on e36coupe.com

It reminds me of that tumble weed you see blowing through a deserted town on old westerns.

Or put another way the lights are on but theres nobody in

You realize there's a good reason for this? Turn back before it's too late.
