cabs are all about looks and just trundling along, so IMO 17's. But if you like a nice ride and put the bbs's on

I agree with Simon, cab's are definitely for posing so go for the 17s 
Depends what you mostly use the car for really, if you don't spend most of your time in town then 17s probably aren't the best option
