Hi! My names yoshi. I drive a 1989 bmw 325i in VA USA. As you can tell, Im a drifter. If you dont know what it is, look closely at the pictures below. I drive out of control for kicks basically.

If you think my paint job is cool, FYI its rustoleum paint paint (not spray) that was rolled on with a paint roller. Mods include:
3.73 LSD rear end
Autothority chip
B&M short shifter
H&R race springs and sway bars
Bilstein sport shocks
K-Mac camber/caster plates
No interior except door panels
Deleted AC but I still have Power steering
and a bunch of other stuff.

Picture time!

Haha, there are alot of dicussions going on about who started drifting. Most people say somewhere in japan. *shrugs* www.drift411.com www.usdrift.com www.lookoutdrift.com if you wanna read about it.

Im currently something like 15th place nationally in USDrift. I havent checked the standings lately. But I assure you, it isnt easy doing 80mph sideways.

lol. I wouldnt say im good. USD is the closest to grassroots. They give guys like me, without sponsors, a chance to get into the formula D events. USD is more east coast than national if you ask me. I also wouldnt say its massive over here. I still get pulled over for sliding a corner and the police officer has no idea what drifting is.

Its really big in the california area tho. Where I live, theres only a couple dozen people that drift or even know what it is. Thanks for the compliment tho. I still have a long way.

Heres a link to a few videos/pics from some events ive been to.

welcome to the zone

hmm not sure you recovered the slide on that first photo now did you?

We have a drift king over here - he's 54 years old and sacrificed his F1 career to drive sideways on television for a living back in the early 80s - names Needell... Tiff Needell

heeey tiff needell. I knew him as a F1 driver, I didnt know he did drifting! That first picture of me is me going into the infield not doing the oval. Its really a 180 which is why it looks like im going to go off into the grass. I think when that shot was taken, that tire in the rear that you can see, blew out.
