Yeah i'm meant to call him this morning after he's spoken to Mr Yamamoto Asakwasaki :D

I think there was mention of "Would you be prepared to pay for them to be flown over?" I think that's when i suddenly run out of credit on my phone :D

Looks cracking.

Like the colour coded wheels but the clearance looks so tight you must have taken the springs out & put solid blocks in! How can you lower it further?

What size are the wheels/tyres?

Thank you Weezie, but whilst some like the arse up front end down Euro look, i'm not a big fan and like you, i think the E30 looks much, much better sitting square and slammed and hopefully when i get the new tyres they will do the trick and i can slacken the suspension a bit too cause it's like riding a go cart at the moment :D

Andy the wheels are 17x10 fronts with 225/35/17 tyres and 11x17 rear with 255/40/17 tyres and that's the problem. The 40 profile is too high, so i need to swap them for 255/35/17 and no one makes them here. They are only available in the States. The extra hight between the 40 and 35 profile will give me at least half an inch and i can slam the rear down about another inch hopefully

As for the suspension, it's Gaz adjustable height and dampening so you have a lot to play with winkeye

Ha, ha. The interior came from my other car which is more or les a show car hence the monitors. They are wired up independently so each one can show something different at the same time. It's just a trick mod really

I agree, much better 'slammed' than the euro-look.

Your cars are stunners mate!

And you seem to have some sunshine to go with 'em!
'89 325i - was an SE but not anymore, was bronze-beige metallic (yeuch!) but now techno-violet (thankfully)
'89 Toyota Corolla GTi-16 - track, hillclimb & sprint car (yeeha!)
'08 Buell XB12Ss - American engineering at it's 'best'... good fun though

Cheers Gareth.

lookin good ben, hope thats not you on a public road with no seatbelt on winkeye

seriously i could probably find those tyres (255/35-17) here in the middle east, but not sure which brand i can get. do you want me to check?

pm me if you want and i can get you prices (if available) and courier them to you.

give me the front tyre sizes too if you want me to look for a full set if i cant find your brand , as quite sure they dont do Toyo here.

oh yeah, push your towing eye cover back on properly above the drivers side exhaust
