Hello y'all..I'm Tim from Belgium..Just turned 20 and about to sell my first love (a Vw cabby 1) for my dream car..A 325i b'mer with an mtech2 kit.Because over here there's almost no scene for these cars i went looking everywhere and found this piece in Germany..Let me know what you think and if i'm making a good buy..He normally asked 6500euro for it but now i can have it for 5.500 because i told him my story and he wants his car to be taken care of and not molested..Greetz from Belgium

Welcome Tim. You'll find loads of useful info on here. The cab looks like a beauty. and if you are sure that there are no rust issues with it I would say that you are getting a decent deal especially as the milage is so low. They are making that money here in Poland and they are usually rusted to sh*te with 250,000 kms +

Some of the cabby experts will surely be a long soon to give you more in depth advise!!

Good luck with it and welcome to e30 ownership!!

go to the 'technical' forum, and look at the top 'Buying a 325 Sport' - there's loads of good advice on where to look for rust on any E30.

Just buy with your head (brain) and not your heart - yeah right it looks fantasic so that's going to work :D

Take along a mechanic if you know one well enough.

good luck - more pictures if you buy it please!

Welcome to the Zone buddy, excellant purchase you've made there. It looks sweet, are you getting any alloys wheels or are you sticking to the originals??
